• The Peace Memorial Museum and National Peace Memorial Hall will be open longer on August 5th and 6th

The Peace Memorial Ceremony and numerous other events related to peace bring thousands of people to Hiroshima during these two days. To help more of them learn about the atomic bombing, honor the memory of the victims and pray for a peaceful world, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims will stay open one hour longer to 8:00 pm on August 5th and 6th.

Hours: 8:30 am to 8:00 pm (other days in August from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm)
However, please note that entry into the Peace Memorial Museum will be closed at 7:30 pm, 30 minutes before closing time.
